Avokádo jsem vyzkoušela poprvé snad v zimě, ale od té doby se ho nemůžu nabažit. Je nejen výborné, ale také velmi zdravé - obsahuje především zdravé tuky, pomáhá snižovat hladinu cholesterolu, je dobrý na pleť a podporuje srdeční činnost. Je jednou z nejlepších alternativ pro běžné máslo - konzistencí je podobné, takže ho nahradí v mnoha směrech (jak v pečení, tak i jako pomazánka na chléb).

The first time I tried an avocado was probably in winter, but since then I can't get enough of it. It is not just delicious, but it also is very healthy for you - it contains all the good fats, it helps lover the cholesterol, it's good for your skin and for your heart. It also is the best alternative to regular butter - the consistency is similar, so it can replace it in several ways (in baking as well as a simple spread on bread).

Mint For Life

Konečně jsem se zbavila problémů s nehty (třepení, loupání, lámání,.. mám pokračovat?), takže je čas začít lakovou sezónu (existuje to vůbec?)!! Začínám s lakem od Maybelline - Super Stay-7 Days v barvě Mint for life. Je to skvělá, zářivá barva na léto.

I finally got rid of all the problems with my nails (peeling, splitting, breaking,... should I go on?) and that means - it's time for me to start the nailpolish season (is that a thing?)!! I'm starting with this nailpolish by Maybelline - Super Stay-7 Days in the colour Mint for life. It is a great, bright colour for summer.
